Perched on the hillside and enveloped by forest, this seven-bedroom villa faces directly west and commands extraordinary views of both sea and sunset.

Built in 1973, the original house was poorly detailed but its overall layout was characteristically Spanish; as a result the shell of the building was largely retained, save a few internal alterations, in order to provide en-suite facilities for the five upstairs bedrooms.

The un-finished rooms and open garage downstairs were reconfigured to create two additional bedroom suites and a cinema room.
